Oversee day-to-day office management, including managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, probation completion and exit procedures.
Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance of work passes.
To assist in recruitment, which includes job postings, schedule interviews.
Prepare all employment related documents, e.g. employment contract, letter.
Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NS claims
Preparation and filing of IR8A and IR21
Administer payroll processing via Infotech payroll system.
Maintain insurance records of employees as per company policy.
Assist HR manager to prepare insurance claims (Workmen Compensation, Hospitalisation)
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) or other databases
