Administrative Responsibilities -


  • Oversee day-to-day office management, including managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Raise and issued invoice billing.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and coordinate maintenance as required.

Human Resource Responsibilities -


  • Maintain office attendance records and assist in managing leave requests and absences.
  • Support the Manager /Supervisor in HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Budgets, Employee Relations, etc.)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, probation completion and exit procedures.
  • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance of work passes.
  • To assist in recruitment, which includes job postings, schedule interviews.
  • Prepare all employment related documents, e.g. employment contract, letter.
  • Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NS claims
  • Preparation and filing of IR8A and IR21
  • Administer payroll processing via Infotech payroll system.
  • Maintain insurance records of employees as per company policy.
  • Assist HR manager to prepare insurance claims (Workmen Compensation, Hospitalisation)
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (Human Resource Management System) or other databases

  • Oversee compliance with government surveys (e.g., Ministry of Manpower), manage government subsidies, and handle levy waivers.
