To attend projects meetings for project management target, plan, manpower allocation, cost controlling and timely completion 

Contribute and execute project FPSO Topside process Modules and pipe racks, engineering, procurement construction works such as fabrication and installation safety plan and procedures.

Manage and coordinate construction execution such as fabrication and installation safety plan, procedures, and day to day activities.

Interface with client, supervision & coordination of design activities performed in house and by outside consultants, subcontractor and vendor supervision and inspection.

Possess the view of constructability and progress on Structure / Piping / Electrical matters and Mechanical / Electrical equipment installation sequences.

To monitor contractors to ensure construction and installation procedures strictly follow drawings and relevant regulatory requirements and equipment vendor’s specifications.

Define the responsibilities and management structure of the Construction Management Team, especially setting targets and Offer guidance the more junior member of the project team.

Structure and Piping Superintendent / Engineer:  (FPSO)

Specifications and discusses deviations from specified procedures and or method statements to ensure compliance with the QAQC inspection plans and procedures.

Review of quality documents such as ITP, WPS, PQR, WQT, NDT procedure and personal qualification records as per requirements.

Review design documents details, orientation drawings, fabrication drawings, vendor drawings and discuss with engineering team regarding engineering issues to get solutions.

Review and develop weld maps, test packages, ITR's and mechanical completion.

To assist Request for quotation to procurement for sourcing pipes, valves, plates, beams, and other especial items.  

Monitor incoming raw materials as specified in PO, DO, mill certificate as per specification standards. Check the material availability stock at site.

Provide excellent technical and effective leadership and inter personnel work skills with key focus on safety, quality, business integrity, and commercial awareness.

Coordinates in the planning procedures of piping / structure based on starting and completion for each phase of construction, ensuring priority deviations are resolved.

Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and standards and that, piping / structure schedules are adhered to. Examines workmanship in the piping (as well as mechanical/welding) works if it is in conformity to standards and specifications.

Identity site hazards, non conformance, correction and prevention action bring them to the immediate action at site supervision and maintain records.

Construction activities, ensuring all scope of works are achieved in accordance with the contract requirements and timeframe, and in compliance with client’s specifications and established standards. Identify any potential or actual slippages and discuss with the Construction Manager, Project Manager.

Perform site visit on daily Basis and stay with team on site to report and inspection on work in progress.

Supervises the subcontractor’s scope of works engaged in the piping / structure works to ensure that quality output is completed on schedule and to the acceptable standards and required specifications.

Monitoring piping and structure fabrication and installation works, prepare piping and structure project schedule, planning for individual modules, sub-contractor's Key performance indicator, weekly, monthly, progress report submit to construction manager, Project manager. 

To Attend, project meeting, progress meetings, QAQC weekly meetings, Monitor closely Hydro Testing, Air test, leak test activities and clear punches. 

Continuously monitor the NDT status and meet the requirements.

Complies with all statutory requirements connected with the implementation of project.

QAQC Piping and Structure Inspector

Review and inspect of specification, drawings, material certificate, material traceability records, cutting plan for the project assigned. 

Establishing quality standards, quality control system to enhance quality of welds to reduce the rejection level. Verifications of dimensions before & after welding as per the drawings.

Associating in piping system line walks as indicated in the isometric and P&ID drawings.

Preparation and review of material manufacturer report (data book) inclusive of material take off, drawings piping test packages etc.

Witness of welder & welding procedure qualification test and system testing such as pneumatic, hydro test for piping; Staggered, air, vacuum, hose & chalk test for structures and carried out tank close-out.

Re-instatement of various piping systems completion and clearance of punch list.

Monitor the quality control activities of a project, including quality Control inspection schedules. 

Perform various inspections such as fit-up, visual of panel, sub-assembly, and assembly of blocks, piping systems etc. at the shop and/or field thru installation and commissioning.

Review of Post weld heat treatment (PWHT), hardness, NDE reports with respect to the procedures and specification. 

Inspected various structures like tank structure, jack-up leg, spud can, winches, crane pedestal, helicopter deck, accommodation, ship hull structures drill floor structures, derrick mast and outfitting work etc.

Convey actual field issues to the engineering team and attended the meeting to resolve the issues.

Spud Can Renewal of steel carry out inspections. 

Responsible to conduct site surveys, take measurements and produce site survey reports both onshore and offshore.

Carried out Special periodical survey with ABS, DNV structural internal survey, external survey, and bottom plate survey.

Commissioning:

Piping sysytem  Helium Leak test 

Coordinated with management team and assisted in building commissioning activities.

Responsibility for witnessing and monitoring the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities performed by Contractor, especially Topside modules all the operational tests (system test, Helium test) organization and execution test

Supervise Contractor and Vendors assistance related to mechanical and piping matters

Validate any technical change or modification for Piping,

Review of all Pre-commissioning & Commissioning procedures and dossiers before sub-system acceptance,

Reporting to commissioning manager to all matters of leak test and commissioning 

Attend daily meeting with commissioning manager, Project Manager and Mechanical technicians.

Liaise with engineering, contractors, vendors, and suppliers

After completion of commissioning activities and signature of the Ready for Start Up and Hand Over
