As part of the Information Systems and Digital Technology (IS & DT) team, I managed the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications suite (FCCS, EPBCS, TRCS, ARCS) and led the enhancement of financial systems and models across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Led regional initiatives to enhance core financial systems, models, and key interfaces, acting as the escalation point for global financial systems issues.
• Managed planning, forecasting, consolidation, BI reporting, and month-end close processes, overseeing EPM projects and inquiries for the APAC region.
• Collaborated with finance controllers and CFOs to analyze business requirements, manage projects, and deliver changes on time.
• Successfully migrated Hyperion applications from on-premise to Oracle EPM Cloud, overseeing the regional rollout of Power BI solutions (Phase 1 & 2).
• Drove metadata updates, implemented COA and hierarchy changes, and performed EPM tasks using EPM Automate.
• Managed month-end close activities, including exchange rate review, journal periods, and security controls to ensure SOX compliance.

• Worked as a lead consultant on development and support of Google's Oracle Hyperion EPM applications.
• Development and maintenance of all functional and technical aspects of Google's Oracle Hyperion Applications which includes constructing metadata and logic changes, data import routines, web forms and business rule development, report development, code migration and general system maintenance.

• Collaborated closely with the Senior Business Analyst and both Functional and Technical client leads to provide best practice recommendations and define and implement solutions that enable high-performance business operations

• Developed, implemented, and maintained financial systems using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, Planning, Essbase and Reporting tools.
• Designed and configured consolidation and planning frameworks aligned with internal management and external statutory reporting requirements.
