Summary

I am currently a student at ITE College West. I enjoy working with numbers and hence have chosen to specialize in Accounting. In my course of studies, I have learned the basics of administrative work and managing projects in a group. Some information about myself is that I am an organized and dependable candidate who is successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals. I look forward to gain more real-work experience through ITE's internship program. I went on a 3-month internship program in June last year. The company was called Rooma Pte. Ltd. The company specializes in handcrafted Indonesian furniture, which can be customized according to customer needs. I've learned a lot as an intern student by gaining new skill sets such as maintaining a showroom, handling foreign customers (customer service), handling customers' invoices, and more. Since this is a business where they sell furniture to customers, as an accountant, I was tasked with their invoices. I had to enter their details and the furniture details in Excel, which had a sample of an invoice, and convert it to PDF for printing and then filing it. I hope this skillset is useful for my next internship.
