• Boosted productivity of different branches by creating 15+ over VBA scripts in NS . Resulting in a boost of productivity, lesser manpower required and automation of mundane work processes .
• Heighten the presentation of NS branch medal awards section via Document aligning, excel data sorting features , functions and add on. Allowing data to be pulled more effortlessly and be presented in a more aligned manner.
• Successful in mass identification of operational ready servicemen’s status for national servicemen by creating a program to help identify and sort High Key , lowkey ,ORNS for at least 300 NS mens per Excel File. Resulting in virtually eliminating 2hours time taken for sorting to complete minimum.
• Reduced Time taken for Consolidation of Pre-Planned NS men via programming a cross referencing script from multiple excel databases. Resulting in reducing time taken for such consolidation by 3 working days per monthly quota.

• Contributed to servicing the logistics & Environment ministry of hope church by actively serving in church , satisfied over 80+ services with 95% satisfaction ratings.
  
• Assisted in reducing infection rates of church members by sanitizing the entire church auditorium and conducted Covid trace check-ins in the span over 20 different services.
  
• Supported as the backbone of the environment ministry by covering multiple services as replacement for the sick , unwell and those who left the ministry. Aided over 25+ different services as a emergency lead-up volunteer.

• Assisted in conceptualizing automation to counteract against repetitive tasks to improve quality of work for company’s daily task by researching up the feasibility of studies and daily work.

• Contributed to HP for charity by helping to provision laptops for the company providing them. Raising over 200 laptops configured , repaired and updated.

• Satisfy customers who seek software configurations by provisioning their base laptop systems and helping to configure the base laptop settings which led to more than 200 laptops being provisioned.

• Assisting in provisioning and updating laptops with MOE based windows OS in over 10 different schools with zero software related technical incidents.

• Instructed more than 30 different teachers on how to used the newly configured MOE windows operating system with 70% positive reviews
