My primary duties include:
1. Current Customer Maintenance:
-Manage daily orders for existing clients, including handling quotations, contracts, packaging, production, shipping, and after-sales services.
-Introduce new product orders to meet clients' evolving needs.
-Conduct regular visits to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
2. New Customer Development:
Focus on the Korean and American markets, utilizing various channels such as trade shows, the company website, social media, and direct visits to identify and engage potential clients.
3. Overseas Industry Trade Shows:(USA/Korea)
Organize and participate in international trade shows to showcase our products and services, network with industry professionals, and explore new business opportunities.
4. Recruitment and Training:
-Oversee the recruitment of new team members, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.
-Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of department staff.
5. Customer Reception:
-Greet and welcome the clients upon their arrival at the factory.
-Provide a comprehensive introduction to the company, its facilities, and operations.
-Arrange for a guided tour of the production areas and relevant departments as needed.
-Answer any questions and address any concerns they may have during their visit.

6. Department Management:
