- Handling periodical Shutdown & Start-up activities ( 2 years once) and plant turnaround activities to facilitate safe and smooth manufacturing operations
- Assisting Supervisor in emergency operations like Total Steam failure, Total power failure, Temporary power dip, putting plant in stand-by mode due to off spec product
- Monitoring performance to ensure safe and optimal operation of equipment’s like Glass lined reactors, Packed distillation columns, Shell & tube reboilers, Centrifugal separators, Chillers, Prilling towers, water ring vacuum pumps, magnetic pumps
