3. Bulim Square District (Build contract for 4 main building industrial district)

4. Singapore American School (Build contract for New elementary school Building， A&A contract for High school)

5. Labrador Tower (Build contract for 34 level CBD office tower)

Main Job and Work Performance:

1. Full time participated design stage, pre-cast stage, M&E build stage,T&C stage of different commerical project (ACMV & BMS mainly)

2. Cooperated good coordination with other M&E trade and civil services.(Familiar with major code requirements from other trade when doing coordination)

3. Well supported QS department for tender advice, material BQ checking, Contract scope completion （Work Specified requirement).

4.Well familiar with onsite manpower arrangement, drawing & material submission, Work done inspection, Equipment Testing and Commission.
