CDE - Credit Decision Engine.
CDE is customized product built on FICO Blaze Advisor rules management system, The standard templates created for rule authors to maintain credit risk policies and decision strategies, which are stored in a central rules repository. The decision engine is connected with the credit Initiation system via EMS Queue to receive customer data. CDE rules are executed and sent back in response to CI. Based on CDE's response CI will decide next action steps. We have included various customizations like transaction viewer and batch simulator for viewing/testing purposes. The entire suite of functionality is collectively known as the Credit Decision Engine (CDE).

The RDR process for reviewing and correcting RDR records entails a manually intensive and error susceptible process involving RDR reversal and re-entry of all RDR data. The current process also, in actuality, requires the auditor to correct live data which is not following general auditing policy. This project is to design and build a new web system to automate the RDR Auditing, Tracking, and RDR Update/Reversal processes.

Model Year Payoff
ICM incentive staff will create a model year payoff program in ICM tables. This application will read the ICM tables looking for Model Year Pay Off programs. The application will subsequently scan the dealer’s inventory for available model-year payoff programs and generate incentive transactions. These transactions are then fed to ICM tables to initiate payment. The application will also update the status of the program (Model Year Pay Off) for which the model year is paid off.

Spellbind is a project suite for the 360-degree CRM package. It comprises of offline telephone desk, remote agent supervisor, voice logger, and email desk. E-Mail Media Remote Agent and Remote Supervisor are web-based applications, which are used by CSRs. All components are fully designed and developed based on Call center usage to support multiple companies. Spellbind Remote Agent has all the normal E-Mail functionalities and also he escalates the emails to Supervisor or Expert to receive an appropriate answer for the customer Query.
