Data Centre support: Regularly check and maintain servers, storage devices and Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Network support: Monitor network performance to identify and resolve issues. Provide technical support to end users and assisting with network related issues.
System admin & Helpdesk support: Managing laptops, Desktop, all IT assets in the Organization. responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer systems and networks.
o Monitoring and managing network devices.

o Managing and organizing servers within rack, including cabling and infrastructure.

o Putty support providing remote access to servers, switches using protocols SSH, TELNET and SFTP.
