Summary

I am a qualified and dedicated early childhood practitioner who is passionate about contributing the intellectual, social emotional and physical development of young children. I am enthusiastic, creative and am a good team player in an organization. I am open to new ideas and have worked with a number of dedicated leaders in the industry. I have completed my Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Leadership and Advance Certificate in Early Years. After 2 years in a leadership role, I would like to seek a leadership (Vice Principal) position in another organization to further develop my passion in the Early Childhood industry. I believe that with my leadership experience, I am able to assist the Centre Principal in managing the centre (curriculum, students, teachers and parents).
