• Managed subacute- chronic conditions in geriatric population (such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, dementia)

• Create individualized and structured exercise programs for geriatric patients who may have multiple co-morbidities such as deconditioning, falls and dementia
• Participated actively in multi-disciplinary meetings that involves team doctors, occupational, speech therapists and medical social workers to provide holistic care for patients

Outpatient Musculoskeletal

• Managed patients with varying musculoskeletal conditions such as sports injuries, joint disorders and post op conditions
• Optimized patients movements and functions through individualized exercises, education, manual therapy and electrotherapy modalities
• Used specific outcome measures to assess patient condition and monitor progress

Inpatient Medical / Surgical

• Provided pre and post op surgical rehabilitation to optimize patient's function and prevent post operative complications
• Educated patients with respiratory conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and asthma with coping strategies on how to improve ventilation, aid in secretion removal and management of shortness of breath
