Shipment Monitoring & Updates: Monitor shipments, keeping the Costing & Purchasing and Sales teams informed of arrivals or delays. Send tally sheets to the warehouse team in advance of shipment arrivals.
Issue Resolution: Report discrepancies, damages, or delays to HQ and liaise with their shipping team for swift resolution.
Order & Inventory Management: Assist with the entry and management of purchase orders, tracking cancellations, inbound vs. spent, and product modifications. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock deliveries to ensure product availability and smooth operations.
Brand Portfolio Management: Support the management of a portfolio of wholesale and consignment brands, handling intake, order movement, and working to ensure sales growth.

Legal Support & Documentation:
Manage and organize legal documents, contracts, and case files.
Assist lawyers with drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including proposals, agreements, and other correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information and ensure proper documentation storage and retrieval.
Schedule client meetings, court dates, and appointments, managing the calendar effectively.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications for the legal team, prioritizing urgent matters.
Assist with client intake, including preparing necessary documents and maintaining client files.
Marketing & Administrative Support:
Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and events, supporting the planning and execution of promotional activities.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including email management, data entry, and research.
Assist in content creation and coordination for marketing materials, including social media posts, newsletters, and presentations.
Track and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and all logistics are handled.
