• Planning of diesel line systems for vessel loading and discharging, and ensuring vessels are berthed according to specific clearance
• Send vessels and barges Q88 for clearance to berth
• Vetting through customer nominations to ensure feasibility and ensure plans are based on buyer needs
• Ensure quality of diesel products are not compromised when planning
• Work closely with customer and internal teams to ensure operations is smooth and exactly as requested by customer
• Ensure all documentation is in order - BL, CQ, permit applications etc,
• On standby should any issues occur during or after operations.

• Obtain optimal utilization of all resources - eg. manpower and equipments through proactive planning and forecast of vessel operations based on cargo type
• Liaise with Shipping Agent and Stevedore Company to ensure planning, execution and post-ops are achieved in a quick and efficient manner
• Work hand in hand with internal sections to keep everyone informed of operations progress
• Perform investigations for damages/shortland/overland claims.
• Draft a monthly report to update challenges faced during vessel operations, include feedback on what was done to minimize impact on KPI, or how process can be further improved

• Planning and deploying tug boats to ensure vessels are served on time.

• Coordinating with crew and other internal/external parties for smooth flow of maintenance,OPL assignments while meeting order demands.

• Take orders from agents via phone/fax/email and ensure details are recorded accurately.

• Quick decision making when emergency assistance is required, taking into account time and budget constraints.

• In charge of all yard activities and movements
• Supervise and lead a team of yard crane and remote operators
• Monitor driver movements to ensure all containers are brought to/from vessels in a timely manner while ensuring safety
• Replanning and reassigning containers in yard for more efficient movements.
