- Assist Maintenance Manager in all aspects of daily Line Operations . I will also supervise and manage all processes of maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair services on Panasonic IFE systems on SIA/SCOOT fleet and other contracted airlines
- Manage manpower staffing of MSRs, MSTs, SINOC TS, Planners
- Responsible for all operational technical activities between our MRO and our customer PAC and SIA. This includes reviews, troubleshooting, implementation, resolution on all technical issues, modifications, improvements.
- Ensure satisfactory completion and certification of all maintenance work are performed in accordance with company standards and procedures as per MRO SAR 145
- Communication and interface with customer SIA and PAC. Ensure we meet our customers' requests, expectations and standards
- Control and implementation of a safe working environment, toolings, equipment, facility and vehicles
- Responsible for T2 Store Warehouse operations and manpower, and all the functions of PAC store duties
- Provide training - RAMCO and SIA eIFE IPAD systems or any other technical training required
