Started as a Finance (Fin) and Reinsurance (RI) Business Analyst. I was involved in the later part of the migration for RI data and the functionalities to this new administration system. In this new assignment, my job scope includes product launch, system enhancement, maintenance and new initiatives related to these 2 modules. My role as BA involves requirements gathering, impact analysis, documentation, provide solution and perform testing and handling of production issue.

In Fin module, I was also helping user in accounting and ILP reconciliation and troubleshooting between systems (system integration between the core system and OFIN).
