Main Role: M&E works Duties & Responsibilities:

- Full set of Pre Tender, calling quotation such as chillers, cooling towers, AHU/PAHU, FCUs, Ducting/Piping, Pumps, MV Fans and Building Management System, etc.
- Full set of Pre Tender, calling quotation such as HT/LV Switchboards/DBs, Light Fittings/Cables/Cable Supports/Electrical accessories/ELV system etc.
- Full set of Pre Tender, calling quotation such as Fire Protection System/ Plumbing and Sanitary system.
- Taking off the bill of quantity according to tender breakdown prices as per the tender drawings and tender specification.
- Price comparison and costing summary.
- Preparing all relevant administration and documentation for Tender submission such as Technical data, Schedule of unit rate. Catalogues submission.
- Follow up with Post Tender Addendum documents and drawings

• PROJET: Changi Airport's largest expansion project, the development includes: Provide full consultancy services for the design of the Main Terminal Building, Satellite Terminal Building, Ground Transportation Centre and Primary Landside Roadway and the design of infrastructure at the landside and airside areas outside of the T5 buildings. These include taxiways, aircraft parking stands, roadways, and drainage systems, as well as the connections for utilities such as power, water, gas, fuel, and telecommunications to the T5 buildings.

• Responsibilities: Quantity taking off, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract.
• Prepare tender document or call for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards.
• Certify and evaluate progress work done for Subcontracts.
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, tenders and contract documents including bill of quantities.
• Liaise with client consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and any other parties involved in the project.
• Compile photos, inspection forms and all relevant documents required for progress claims and VOs attachment.
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the contract manager.

• Responsibilities: Quantities take off from the drawings.
• Prepare proposal and quotation to client.
• Prepare tender documents for quotations invitation.
• Preparing and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim evaluation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
• Preparation of monthly progress claims to client.
