• Ensure error-free and timely daily support/deliverables and resolution of breaks/issues.

• Maintaining and validating data intergrity and assisting with various team for security mapping of complex asset classess like swaps, options.

• Daily transaction management and security master capture across different asset classes including options, futures, CDS.

• Keeping reference data & security master up-to-date using sources like ICE and Bloomberg etc.

• Work with the team on new projects, client onboarding, vendor integration, UAT testing for tools and procedures.

• Interating with clients and investment managers, adressing inquiries related to trades, positions and performance and providing excellent support service.

• Ensure high risk trades are prioritized and escalated to desk and other internal and external stakeholders.

• Liaise with internal team like TAO/Pricing to ensure confirmations and settlements are completed in a timely manner, resolve discrepancies, and attend to internal queries.

• Working on U.S. International Tax Compliance.

• Preparation of International Tax returns for Controlled Foreign corporation(5471), Disregarded Entities (8858) and Foreign Partnership (8865).

• Preparation of other additional Tax forms such as 8990, 8621, 8992.

• Analysis of Financial statements and preparation of workpapers from client provided raw data.

• Extensive experience in Tax return preparation softwares like Corptax, Gosystem, Superforms.

• Assisting domestic teams with the preparation of e-file packages.

• Coordinate with the US and USI team members on a regular basis to ensure the quality of deliverables.

• Creation and Management of database of IT companies in Hyderabad.

• Analysis of training methodologies of IT companies.

• Market and promote the training programs provided by the company.

• Contact management and lead nurturing using CRM software (Bitrix24 and HubSpot).
