  • Manual work process on Payroll & leave management processes. Increase in staff strength, difficulties to track & collate the payroll & leave accurately. To source for a software tool to capture the data with periodic updates. The work process achieved 30% reduction in errors and 20% improvement in processing time, leading to accurate monthly payroll and concise annual leave calculation.
  • Work relationships were strained due to poor communication and lack of collaboration. This created a negative work environment that impacted overall business performance.
