- Handled tax submissions through the IRAS portal and managed work pass applications via the MOM portal.
- Handled insurance policies related to medical claims for all staff.
- Actively addressed employee emails and other queries regarding company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Assisted with other departments in planning and preparing brochures, standees for company events.
