• Prepare and review instrument index and I/O list

• Carry out technical bid evaluation and vendor documents review and approval
• Identify, develop, and present business cases to management on Reliability Improvement projects (cost and effectiveness) and participate in capital planning

• Asset Investment Management Program (AIMP) – Owner of site AIMP for Takeda, Singapore plant
• Forecast (5 years) down the line CAPEX projects with life cycle management (LCM) data and Reliability data
• Co-ordinate with various functional departments for Long Range Plans and Order of Magnitude of the projects
• Finalize Planning, Enabling and Execution budgets for the year and co-ordinate with Capital Projects Manager for funding request
• Report project status to the global team
• Provide technical expertise in identifying complex issues, participate in root cause analysis (DMAIC methodology) and close out of corrective and preventive actions
• Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) owner/ CAPA action owner in Track wise (For deviations/Events) SOP review and update and configuration management
• Perform Asset Criticality Assessment
• Regularly review and revise maintenance program and procedures to increase equipment reliability and identifying and reduction of instrumentation and electrical installations including high tension and low- tension systems
• Preventive maintenance Optimization (PMO) Program – To reduce unwanted Preventive maintenance/ Calibration (Waste producers) with historical data support and best engineering practices or SOPs with change management process
• To provide technical support within Engineering and other departments in the planning and execution of projects
• Develop, assess, optimize, and maintain BOM and spare parts lists (EPL)
• Ensure the master list and drawings for instrument and electrical installations are kept updated
• Owns instrument loop diagrams, electrical equipment technical specifications, power & control plans

• Data collection, data analysis and monthly reporting
• Identify Bad actors (frequently occurring failures) and implement CAPA (corrective action and preventive action)
