• Manulife Tech Refreshment project - Oversaw integration of an external technology solution by leading 5 engineers and 1 sub-contractor team, resulting in the tech-refreshment of replacement switches in 17 floors client's office
• Traveloka Clearpass Deployment - Manage project implementation for installation of Aruba Clearpass C2000 DL20 Gen 9 hardware in five countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Liaise with Service Deliver Manager (SDM) to maintain the Backout and Uptime support services
• Pertamina DC Relocation - Critical transfer of equipment from DC Sudirman to DC Gambir. The transfer includes access switch, management switch, storage and server. The priority is the transfer of baremetal server because the server is used for reporting petroleum results to Pertamina Persero and the president
• BCA Router KCP - New installation and replacement of routers throughout BCA KCP Java Sumatera. Replacement involves many parties and complicated permission.
• BTPN Storage Tier 2 & 3 - BPTN has existing storage and requires additional storage capacity. Additional capacity in Netapp Tier-2 (FAS8200) with a usable capacity of 50 Tb at each site after RAID and before Dedup and Compress.

Supports the project manager by performing administrative tasks, managing the project team, and communicating with stakeholders. Dedicated to running simple projects such as shipping goods and installing devices. The projects that have been handled are:

• Cigna insurance for simple installation Fortinet Firewall FG-200E
• Pamapersada for placement new access point
• Bank DBS for hardware delivery such as Cisco Swithes and SFP module

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Organized critical documentation for easy access and retrieval, increasing team productivity.
• Provided feedback to workers on job performance and safety procedures.

• Monitoring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise network systems to ensure optimal uptime and performance. NOC Admin operates Telkomsel IT service management (ITSM) software, namely Remedy, to process permission for a technical task. It is also responsible for creating, processing approvals, and monitoring the progress of activities until the ticket is closed.
