• The Junior Lead, Credit Systems and Projects supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of credit-related systems and initiatives. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of credit platforms and processes.

• The UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Tester plays a critical role in ensuring that banking applications and systems meet business requirements before deployment. This role involves validating functionality, usability, and compliance of systems such as core banking platforms, loan origination systems, digital channels, and regulatory reporting tools.

• Reviews, evaluates and recommends decisions on the following credit card applications and support activities.

• Assess and make decisions about customer credit applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, credit viability, customer payment history and customer credit worthiness.

• Assess the minimum credit acceptance criteria according to the set policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure effective screening of applications before going through the credit assessment process.
