(Reason for leaving: My job was a 4-month contract position which ended in Feb 2017. I had decided to take on this job as I was keen on gaining the rich experience working at Salesforce.)
Achievements:
1. Rolled out SMB Business Advantage Seminars in SG & HK:
Was solely responsible for the end-to-end planning, management and execution of the company’s first-ever Business Advantage Seminars in SG and HK within a span of 3 weeks. Met expected attendee and lead generation targets.
2. Developed Marketing Events Calendars for our Marketing Cloud and SMB teams:
Successfully planned, developed and documented two annual marketing events calendars for our Marketing Cloud and SMB teams. These events calendars were to be used as reference guides for upcoming event sponsorships and included target lead generation and ROI measurement.
3. Initiated and developed a Lead Nurture Program for Asia:
Worked with the Lead Management team to develop and execute the first-ever lead nurture program for Asia so as to effectively cultivate leads into sales opportunities for the company.
(Reason for leaving: The business operations was not up to my expectation as it was too slow-paced and, that hindered the quick advancement and progress that was required in the technology area I was managing. So, I
decided to leave and seek better opportunities.)
(Reason for leaving: My job was a yearly renewable contract position. The department I was in was being downsized due to MSN’s termination of partnership with Mediacorp. So, I was not comfortable to stay on and decided to leave to seek a permanent role.)
(Reason for leaving: I was offered an opportunity to work with Microsoft, starting Dec 2011. I left Mediacorp earlier in Aug 2011 to take a break from work and spend time with family before assuming my new role at Microsoft.)

1. Achieved team sponsorship revenue target:
Contributed to the 99% total team revenue achievement based on a target of S$28,450,000.
2. Achieved individual sponsorship revenue target (for Vasantham & TODAY):
Achieved 110% of my individual total revenue target of S$9,431,000.
3. Developed and achieved break-throughs with tangible results:
