  • Handles all stages of on-boarding process for newly hired employees for Passenger Services Department (including application of necessary passes required by Changi Airport Group, application and issuance of permits for foreign candidates, arranging of pre-employment medical check-up to company listed medical clinics/hospitals, coordination with Training Academy on staff training, induction and orientation, etc)
  • In-charge on advert placement and arranging interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and liaising with recruitment agencies on workforce planning efforts, identifying staffing needs and ensuring appropriate resource allocation and to effectively address issues in a timely manner
