• Managed CRM strategies resulting in 40% increase in acquired customers via targeted emails in 1 month.
• Executed a dynamic social media content strategy across IG, FB, Telegram, TikTok and direct marketing channels resulting in a 2x increase in IG's engagement rate and 20% growth in total app and web sessions.
• Initiated and managed (end-to-end) ChopeDeals tactical and flash sale campaigns and executed all communications to drive new user acquisition, MAU, and GMV, achieving >100% growth during campaign periods.
• Conducted AARs and provided in-depth reports on key statistics and learnings.
