As an Advertising Audit Specialist at TikTok, I am dedicated to developing the world's most reliable advertising ecosystem for users and businesses. My role involves shift work, where I maintain the highest level of accuracy in enforcing labeling policies for videos that violate our standards.

I subsequently transitioned to AIGC (AI Generative Content) Moderation, where I focused on training our in-house model to understand and apply our policies effectively. This involved utilizing a chain-of-thought approach to enhance the model's learning, reducing the reliance on human moderators, while ensuring compliance with company guidelines. I collaborated closely with colleagues to ensure clarity and consistency in policy interpretation.

Currently, I am part of the Prompt Engineering team, where I specialize in prompt writing and further elaborating policies for our in-house model that employs large language models (LLMs). This role builds on my previous experience by allowing me to refine our bot moderation processes, ensuring that our AI systems uphold the same rigorous standards of quality and accuracy that I championed in my earlier positions.

In my role, I conduct audits of claims from various hospitals under the National Healthcare Group, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies to facilitate timely payments for claims and incurred expenses. Additionally, I manage procurement activities, which include liaising with vendors for orders, such as flowers for Nurses Day, and procuring trophies for the annual awards ceremony honoring doctors and nurses. I also handle inquiries from hospitals regarding their claims and take the lead in sourcing appropriately sized venues for events.
