My expertise includes partnering closely with Finance, Sales, and Marketing functions to develop demand plans based on informed annual investment plans and the latest retail trends, risks, and opportunities for 17 unique brand portfolios, including both basic and new products. I was responsible for demand plan assumptions and reporting within the integrated business planning process (SIOP-IBP), working across multi-functional teams to review business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
I effectively managed product launches, product category mix evolution, and portfolio optimization to improve SKU productivity, while also enhancing forecast accuracy to meet attainment, service level, and inventory targets. Delivered breakthrough demand planning KPI (Weighted Forecast Accuracy) of 62.7% for inline products, significantly surpassing the region's performance. Collaborated with the Supply Management Team to deliver a service level of over 95% across all brands in the APAC region.
