• Led the team to deliver products sales, margins and trends reports to the product heads and management for timely business strategy and decisions
• Developed the region’s Products and Sales reporting transparency collaborating with product groups and MIS teams to refine the region’s product MIS which forms the basis for many of the products-based strategies and plans, such as the products planning forums held jointly by the product units and market heads to drive the target “Optimal Product Mix” to achieve revenue ambitions and redress performance gaps
