While I have always been a highly organized and attentive individual, it wasn't until I began my first PA & Administrative role that I discovered how much I enjoy furthering the mission of a company by coordinating with others. Since beginning work with Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, I've supported five company members, completing tasks like the full HR process of the company, audit accounts, managing operations, scheduling, emailing, taking phone calls, and assisting with company full government sector reports. At the suggestion of my current F&B boss, I took a diploma in food services management & specialist human resources in relations and management course last fall, which has helped prepare me for advanced human resources executive duties like leading research, coordinating presentations, and managing full team members.
