Self Introduction

As now I am working as a Purchaser and able to bring myself a level up which from assistant purchaser to purchaser. As diligent Purchaser with strong background in procurement and supplier management. My job as an admin assistant at Vanguard System Solution. My responsibilities relate mainly to documentation (scanning and filing of documents), handling customer inquiries about their accounts and orders (responding to email inquiries), and coordinating deliveries for my salesperson (liaising with clients). Additionally, I manage stocks for inventory production. I provide customer service when required to assist walk-in customers with their orders and goods. Coordinating deliveries requires effective planning and scheduling. My primary responsibility is to produce delivery orders using the information provided by the salesperson and arrange them according to customer flexibility and goods availability. As a basic requirement, I also handle the filing and scanning of related documents for tracing purposes. After the delivery arrangements are completed, I finalize the invoicing process, which also requires scanning and filing the documents again. My previous job was as a front-line retail salesperson. I worked as retail staff at Seager INC. My job scope involved direct customer inquiries concerning their needs and providing assistance as requested. This job necessitated strong understanding of customer needs and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I was responsible for filling out documents for the representative shop and handling cashiering duties. Moreover, I worked as a sales representative for Hong Leong Bank through a third-party company (E Fusion). The company is based in Johor Bahru but serviced Singaporean customers. My main accomplishment was achieving monthly targets to encourage customers to apply for loans. A key perspective in this field is that a salesperson must understand their customers' needs and capacities for applying for loans. I worked with them on a short-term contract for up to five months. Additionally, I spent two years working as a customer service officer at Asia Assistance in the call management department for the car breakdown team. I handled various types of clients through phone calls regarding basic usage. This experience relates to my previous job as a purchaser in the purchasing field for one year, including a six-month internship where I gained extensive knowledge in this area. My job as a purchaser is somewhat connected to customer service because I managed client relationships through both direct approaches and phone interactions.
