- Managed and coordinated the subcontractors, vendors, technicians and internship students to complete the assigned project.
- Attended meetings and discussions with various stakeholders to update the given task progress, job delegation and crisis management.
- Created a few new repair processes such as Bearing Refurbishment, Special 3D Printed Toolings and so on based on own R&D and got it approved by Quality Department.
- Setup and commissioned a new NDT (FPI) process line for Heat Exchanger welding workshop.
- Built a few electronic test systems for Aircraft LRUs’ testing from scratch. (e.g. Pneumatic valves, solenoids)
