  • Seldom work with SW architect and core software in c++ for understanding the sw level implementations.

Technical Leader - ADAS/AD and BCM

RNTBCI
08.2013 - 11.2021
  • ADAS System E/E architect for Longitudinal and Lateral systems.
  • System owner for Distance warning feature and System co-owner for AD longitudinal Level1 evo. The work involved developing system requirements for AD's behavior in terrain based scenarios.
  • System Simulation test leader for AD Level 1.
  • Re-simulation data analysis for AEB.
  • Established BCM HIL test bench by integrating BCM ECU with Vector FPGA bench.

Project masters

1. Using projective geometry and homography, the project involved finding the markers in a video and projecting another video within the marked borders. Later the project was evolved to use features on a wall and find a suitable area for projecting the video.

2. Finding the optical flow vectors for moving objects in a video using Lucas-Kanade. The optical flow vectors shall help in determining the direction and motion of the objects.

3. Tracking of vehicle using Kalman filter and tracking of pedestrians (with occlusion) with particle filters.

4. Satellite image classification using vanilla CNN and ResNet-18 (with knowledge distilled from ResNet-50 and ResNet-101 models)
