Co-founder of a flagship carbon capture initiative aimed at developing a commercial post-combustion Carbon Capture-as-a-Service (CCaaS) business. I played a key role in positioning the venture as an investable CO₂ capture technology company, contributing to early-stage engagement with international partners to secure multi-million-ringgit post-pre-seed investments. Over the past two years, I helped align cross-sector stakeholders, including government ministries, global technology partners, and internal teams, around a national-scale carbon capture, utilisation, and storage (CCUS) strategy. These efforts contributed to securing government funding for a major feasibility study, laying the groundwork for a potential investment decision exceeding several hundred million ringgit. The initiative is closely linked to Malaysia’s National Energy Transition Roadmap (NETR) and New Industrial Master Plan (NIMP) 2030.
My core strength lies in navigating a complex stakeholder ecosystem, from ministerial working levels to strategic partners, translating vision into actionable outcomes. I have helped craft high-level presentations, and currently supporting shareholder discussions, early investment strategies and financial modelling. In a field as nascent and complex as CCUS, continuity, industry expertise, and trusted stakeholder engagement are essential. I bring all three, remain committed to advancing scalable, investable solution in support of a low-carbon future.
