• Vessel Booking with Freight Forwarders and Liners & negoate for compeve rates, cost analysis for Shipping Rate, Truck and courier, Preparing All shipping Document ( Including Confirm BL & Apply for Marine Insurance), Preparing Mi, Customs, Pharmacy department approval, Ensured the PO and All the Import and local incoming shipments, Supervise 3 PL warehouse, Truck/Lorry booking for LCL shipment & for local or Singapore Deliveries, Apply Permit (GST ) for Singapore Shipments, Assisng Customer service team on customer complain, inquiries, Refund and providing soluon, Ensured all the Deliveries on me, Submit all the Frieght Invoice to Finance Team on me, Conduct Monthly & Yearly Stock Count - Including submit Inventory Reports, Monitor E-commerce sides on order and deliveries (Lazada, Shoppee, Paypal), Preparing Samples (for Bosses, Customers, Visitors)
