• Responsible for FP&A function of ASEAN Region as part of ASEAN Finance Leadership team and report to Regional Finance Director, ASEAN
• Analyze trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relating to financial metrics from Sales till Operating Profit vs Plan/Forecasts
• Provide financial insights to Leadership team to make critical decisions that allows to grow business and manage costs

• Responsible for Supply Services Finance function of ASEAN Region, reporting to End-to-End Supply Finance Director Finance, ASEAN (based in Singapore). Key job responsibilities included:
• Driving supply finance projects across Region and ensuring successful delivery, on time reporting and spending within budget.
• Assist Regional E2E FD and Regional Supply Service Director on driving efficient cost optimization programs
• Assisting Regional E2E FD and Supply Service Director in rolling out robust Financial Plan/Forecasts and month end controls

• Responsible for Finance function of Singapore business as Commercial Finance Controller and eCommerce for South East Asia, reporting to Regional Director Finance, SEA (based in Malaysia). Key job responsibilities included:
• Responsible for the financial planning, accounting, analysis and reporting relating to the commercial activities of Singapore & eCommerce SEA operations
• End to end management of trade spends
• Preparation of Customer and Brand Budget and financial forecasts
• Monitoring of gross-to-net sales & gross margin for Singapore and full P&L for eCommerce business of SEA

• Responsible for Supply Finance function of factory being on Factory Leadership Team from Finance side, reporting to Regional Director Finance, SEA (based in Malaysia). Key job responsibilities included:
• Overall responsibility for planning / forecasting and and financial reporting of factory, its internal controls, processes and financial health.
• Providing financial and commercial business support to factory operations
• To work with factory operations to ensure Net Working Capital (NWC) levels are as per target and are at optimum healthy levels.
• Factory Capex & Fixed Assets Management

• Responsible for Finance Controlling function being on Country Leadership team, reporting to Regional Financial Controller (based in Dubai). Key job responsibilities included:
• Financial Reporting on US GAAP and Statutory Reporting in accordance with IFRSs and corporate laws
• Supervision of Accounts Payable and payments function
• Handling Income and Sales Tax matters of company, and dealing with Tax Consultants and Taxation Authorities;
• Heading Treasury function; including foreign payments, dealing with banks, Cash & OD management; Insurance etc

• Responsible for Internal Audit & Compliance function of company, reporting to Audit Committee, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Regional Director of Office of Ethics & Compliance. Key job responsibilities included:
• Preparation of Annual Audit Plan in consultation with Audit Committee; Perform Internal Audits on quarterly basis and provide summary of audit issues to Audit Committee;
• Facilitate Corporate / Group Internal Audits and conduct follow ups for outstanding issues and recommendations
• Ensuring compliance with ethical marketing policies and practices and FCPA requirements;
• Conducting investigations in case of violations of policies as per Head Office guidelines and reporting to Regional Director

Responsible for financial reporting to parent company in USA and statutory reporting according to local laws. Taxation was another major area of responsibility which included tax reporting to parent, tax computations and routine tax matters. In addition, assisting Director Finance / Financial Controller for special projects related to Finance.

Responsible for establishing system of product costing and their proper recording, looking after sales tax and income tax issues including filing of returns and liaison with taxation authorities and statutory compliance issues. During listing of company on Stock Exchange, worked with Underwriters, Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan and Karachi Stock Exchange. Further, also involved in implementation of ERP System - SAP in company. Successfully implemented key modules of SAP such as Financial (General Accounting), Controlling (Costing), Human Capital Management (Payroll) and Material Management (Inventory Management) Modules.

• Key responsibilities entailed planning and execution of statutory audits (as per requirements of International Standards on Auditing), preparation of financial statements (as per requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations) and other varied special nature engagements.
• Involved in various statutory audits, internal audits of key business processes, revamping of process and other business advisory engagements for diverse portfolio of clients
