  • Collaborated effectively with Team Leader to supervise the daily operations of the test centre, which includes deployment of Testers through ELITES, endorsement of license, overseeing theory tests, conducting proficiency tests for aged drivers, screening testee's demerit point records and managing public queries.
  • Assist Team Leader in putting up summary on feedback towards Testers.
  • Supervise Testers in ensuring driving tests are conducted in a proper and fair manner in accordance to SOPs and guidelines.
