  • Primary focus of Level 1 support is to maintain the system (hardware and software) to ensure stable and reliable operations
  • Perform fault determination, analysis and resolution, and appropriate remedial measures
  • Monitor all parts of the solution fault trending and advice on the necessary preventive maintenance work where possible
  • Provide preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and all computer-based systems
  • Ensure that the resolution time of the system or any fault is within the specifications
