BOARDING OFFICER
• Facilitate & process paperwork, port clearance, immigration & other regulatory requirements for vessels & crew.
• Maintained up-to-date knowledge of maritime regulations, sharing relevant information with team members to ensure compliance across all functions.
• Resolve timely resolution of disputes between crew members and ship owners through mediation, fostering harmonious working relationships.

CREWING
• Arrange for crew members to sign on/off vessels, ensuring compliance with MPA regulations, flag state requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of crew members' qualifications, training, and certifications, in accordance with MPA guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to international regulations, such as STCW, MLC, and flag state requirements.
• Provide regular reports on crewing activities, including metrics on crews, retention, and compliance, to senior management and stakeholders.
• Participate in audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including MPA and recognised organisation guidelines.

• Enhanced operational performance and reduced labor expenses by efficient planning of containers.
• Supervised shift team daily operations of multi-million dollar reefer cargo operation and handling of exceptions.
• Monitor and managing the Plug/Unplug and power off exceptions of refrigerated containers (reefers) during ship operations (Loading, Discharging, Shifting).
• Ensure timely shifting and scheduling of repairs for malfunctioned reefers, before loading them onto vessel.
