Responsibilities for Achieving Target:

• Coordinate routine PTW audits. Perform regular onsite checks on the correct execution of PTW work activities in compliance with PTW procedure.
• Monitor and inform line management for overdue or expired permits, certificates, forms and maintain records and hard copies of all PTW documentation as per document retention policy.
• Maintain and Controls Key racks for isolation lock keys.
• Identify ways to improve PTW process and system regarding safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.
