• Awarded for 'Most Contributed Staff' in 2021 by both Company and Parent company, Panasonic Sgp in just 6 months of service while on Pick Network Locker project. RF Net secured over 500 units of Integrated deposit box across nationwide within 1 year of installation to Operation ready.
• Assigned to work independently on Intrusion signal testing at SMRT CCL and TEL stations. Being knowledgeable in Technical area and moderate in IT network, was given a task to assist ST Eng to troubleshoot networking issues in comparison with software and hardware difficulties. Project has completed and hand over to SMRT successfully.
• Was chosen as the suitable candidate to join RnD Team in the Company although no IT related certs. My strong keen and effort plus technical skills has gain CEO's trust and willing to let me explore to the new platform.
• Able to interpret with IT network infrastructures and work among the programmers and Software developers within 1 year in the department.
• Handling bug fixes and new features testing of NVR and AP for various projects such as RTS (JB-Sgp), Jurong Regional Line, Tuas train test line, Taiwan Metro system and Bucharest Train Line, in office Lab and also at site occasionally.

Job scope

• Responsible for maintenance/ involvement in work improvement projects.
• Perform Corrective Maintenance and sustain line hence enhanced reduction of machine downtime and increase product output.
• Setting up engineering reports with regards to equipment operations & maintenance.
• Raise CIT projects yearly mainly to benefit department's budget costing .
• Chemical and gas handling such as Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA), HF, Boron, Phosphorus, BCL3 etc., align with MSDS.
• Being aa ERT Team member for 6 yrs.

Achievements

• One of selected among the team to support Engineers in running line duty with over 60 tools during scheduled/unscheduled fab shutdown.
• Involved in improvement projects on refurbishment parts, Evaluation 2nd source items and parts lifetime extension bringing to cost cutting in the department’s budget.
• Part of the team in Redesign Amat parts which brings improvement on cost, reduce PM timing and increase product output. CIT qualified.
• Certified Applied Materials tools (DPS metal, Asp+ Mxp+ Mxp and Super E), TEL DRM, Mattson, LAM Research for Equipment Corrective Maintenance on wafer fabrication tools.

Capable of in-house chillers maintenance (Neslab, BE Aerospace, CHXs), vacuum pumps (Rough, turbo, Cryo) and Robot handlers in which cost saving of 300k per yr.

Interpretation well in hi vacuum and pneumatics system.
