- oversee the start-up of the new factory, specialising in flavour and fragrance production. Your primary mission is to establish best practices, lead the factory start-up, and train all operators and shift leaders. Upon the commission of the production plant, you will oversee the production processes of the facility.

- Lead day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes

- Continuously evaluate and refine production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

- Ensure all production activities comply with industry regulations and company standards.

- Supervise production team (flavor liquid & fragrance)

- Ensure efficient and effective production processes

- Assign jobs and monitor progress according to schedule

- Troubleshoot quality issues to meet customer requirements

- Maintain and calibrate machinery and equipment

- Conduct safety checks and ensure PPE compliance

- Improve housekeeping and workplace organization (5S)

- Ensure safe and healthy working environment

- Schedule preventive maintenance and manage spare parts

- Lead improvement projects

- Handle disciplinary issues

- Train new operators and technicians

- Manage performance and recruitment

- Maintain documentation (FMEA, SOP, risk assessment, etc.)

- Implement ISO 9001:2015, Halal, FSSC 22000 systems,kosher

- Prepare budget (consumables & CAPEX)

- Manage production processes (Extraction, Evaporation, etc.)

- Prepare weekly and daily reports

- Troubleshoot production issues

- Continuous improvement and Kaizen 5S
