• Perform maintenance project on Petrochemical plant in Singapore ARLANXEO Singapore Private limited, Start April 2024 to June 2024.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct new project site surveys, analyze, and update asper client requirements
• Prepare, maintain, and update overall project schedules
• Produce weekly progress reports, update, and dispatch to clients
• Submit daily work progress reports
• Apply for the permit to work (PTW) daily based on job scope
• Prepare documents for Risk Assessment (RA) and Method of Statement (MOS) according to project scope, including confined space ventilation plans, lifting plans, rigging plans, and organization charts
• Conduct daily morning toolbox meetings
• Work Assign to all supervisor and worker based on job scope
• Monitoring the daily attendance on all worker and track the record
• Follow up the overall progress & update
• Engineering department, QA/QC department, Procurement department & Production department
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
• Coordinated effective knowledge transfer sessions between different departments while sharing best practices within the organization.
• Supported Project Engineers in developing comprehensive project plans, achieving timely completion of milestones.
• Maintained accurate records of all project documentation, ensuring quick retrieval for future reference or audits.

• Perform shutdown maintenance project on Petrochemical plant in Singapore, DENKA Singapore Private limited. Shutdown starts July to August 2023.
• Perform shutdown maintenance project on Petrochemical plant in Singapore, CELANESE Singapore Private limited, Shutdown start September 2023 to Oct 2023.
• Perform maintenance project on natural gas plant in Singapore, SG GROUP Singapore Private limited, Start November 2023 to February 2024.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remove, disassemble, and assemble pumps and other rotating parts.
• Proficient in shaft alignment using laser alignment kits or dial indicators.
• Conduct chain alignment using chain alignment kits.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot and repair rotating equipment and mechanical systems.
• Develop engineering design packages for new installation and upgrade projects.
• Analyses system performance and devise energy-saving solutions.
• Ensure quality, cost-effective, and timely solutions for upgrades.
• Assist in training, developing, and mentoring juniors
• Handle mechanical seals, O-rings, and their applications.
• Manage coupling, gland packing, and mechanical seal removal and installation.
• Perform maintenance and inspections of cooling tower fans, gearboxes, blowers, air compressors, and fairs.
• Document processes and maintain assembly and alignment records.
• Resolved mechanical issues using both technical and manual skills.
• Assembled and disassembled equipment to perform repairs and maintenance.

• Maintain and repair drilling equipment
• Rig for offshore structure and pipe installation.
• Dismantles oil field machinery.
• Keep pipe deck and main deck area clean and tidy.
