  • Working Experience in web offset machine Newspapers that are printed, such as The Strait Times, Shin min, Lianhe zaobao, Berita Harian, and Tamil Murasu
  • According to the printing schedule, prepare the pagination
  • Make ready for the printing units and folder is done according to the job instruction
  • Engage the folder and set the nipping rollers according to the thickness of the web
  • Set the delivery, conveyor belts, joggers, folder table and gripper delivery system FERAG and note the folder count
  • Set the four color and register according to the proof approved by the customer
  • Adjust the ink and water balance and circumferential and lateral register adjustments with the help of Web Printing Control WPC- A touch screen system
  • Maintain the quality through out the production and trouble shoot if any printing defect occurs like scumming, hickeys, set-off, inking, misregister and margin cut off.
