Basic Salary (Include allowance): $4,280.00

• Handle and manage XJE company's all SG construction & Maintenance projects.
• Preparation & implementation of the Company Policy, Procedures, ISO 45001 documentation, Safety Program, etc.
• Oversee all work practices to comply with company XJE / project site(s) safety policy & WSH act by subcontractors & in-house installers.
• Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedures.
• Identify problems & provide solutions to continuously promote the WSH Culture.
• Compile all safety inspection reports and maintain records in overall XJE projects.
• Joint & carry out project / maintenance job site safety inspection as & went required.
• Prepare & submit monthly safety reports as required by XJE WSH organization & main con.
• Educate the workforce and management on safety rules & regulations.
• Overseeing all Site Supervisors on all safety issues, etc.
• Audit Site Supervisor(s) on conducting Per Task Plan (PTP) briefing by using eform on day-to-day work activity(s) for all projects.
• Register & conduct in-house Safety Induction Course (SIC) & Schindler No-Go practical training for all in-house personnel & subcontractors.
• Preparation, review, maintain of Safety documentation for all New Installation / Maintenance & Services / Modernization / Repair projects whenever required by the XJE project team/management.
• Plan monthly Safety Committee meeting & Management Engagement meeting and prepare material slides for presentation.
• Responsible for all implementation, preparation, and monitoring of BizSafe, SS ISO 45001 internal/external yearly surveillance audits & certification renewal.
• Safety Training Programs (STP) prepare monthly WSH training materials for all in-house installation/maintenance teams, management & subcontractors.
• Assist management in any Incident & accident investigation on the project site.

Project Title: Global Foundries FAB7H Project.
Company Overview: Building Construction & Semicon Cleanroom.
Reason for Leaving: Contract & Project Complete.
Basic Salary: $5,500

• Auditing and overseeing the overall construction site safety compliance.
• Auditing on contractors’ documents of Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS), and Fall Prevention Plan (FPP).
• Keep track and update on project Incident/Accident and Investigation Register.
• Review/Approve weekly permit to work system for all activities.
• Conduct EHS site-walk briefings and inspections with all subcontractors to ensure Exyte safety requirements & procedures are adopted by Subcontractors.
• Conduct on-site per inspection check of subcontractor’s machinery and plant, whenever requested by Exyte WSH Officer.
• Managed overall safety issues and ensured all subcontractors complied with In-house policy & procedures and WSH regulations.
• Manage and conduct regular inspections on various job scopes on site on a daily basis.
• Updates daily project overall total manpower.
• Assist Exyte WSHO on-site safety walk thru, maintaining the Incident & Accident Register/records and executing daily site safety issues.

• Preparation and implementation of the Safety Program.
• Ensure all work practices comply with project safety policy, procedures, and the WSH Act.
• Prepare & Advise on Work Plan / Risk Assessment / Safe Work Procedures.
• Ability to identify problems and provide solutions to continuously promote the Workplace Safety Culture.
• Compile all relevant reports and records.

• Conduct audits and oversee all construction and production sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Audit main contractors' and subcontractors' safety documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular safety walk inspections with main contractors (Exyte S'pore) to ensure safety procedures are being followed and adopted by individual subcontractors.
• Perform Equipment Signing Off (ESO) inspections for clear room tool installers (vendors).
• Manage and monitor overall safety issues related to all Exyte S'pore subcontractors and Micron vendors.
• Ensure all subcontractors and vendors comply with Exyte and Micron's in-house requirements and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections on various job scopes at the site to identify potential safety hazards.
• Assist the construction team in investigating incidents and accidents on the project site.
