- Global integration team driving large-scale change and transformation for logistics function in the wake of 2 mega acquisitions with Frutarom (USD7.1B) and Dupont Nutrition & Biosciences (USD26.2B) ~ Savings of US$20MM achieved for APAC.
- Consistently achieve cost saving/avoidance targets i.e. US$25M in 2020 through continuous improvements and best practices incl. e-commerce in tail-end spend management, e-auctions and 4PL management.
- Led development of Supplier Assessment Framework to manage over 40+ vendors in 4 countries.
- Lead the Procurement for 1 India Greenfield Project (Circa ~ US$85MM – Sri City Chennai) & 1 x Brown Field Project (Circa ~US$35MM – Karawang Indonesia). Both sites involve the building up Flavors and Fragrance Plants.

- Chaired Tender Board Committee as subject matter expert in RF(x), tender exercises and R-auctions; led search, evaluation and awarding of sub-contracts incl. construction of S$30M Circle Line MRT station.
- Managed S$50M spend in new ST Electronics building construction as part of company’s expansion plans.
