• Proposed and operated alternative esports Fantasy platforms to save US$25,000 monthly from previously established white label products.
• Coordinated between several departments including design and legal to ensure all assets in related workstreams are legally compliant with regional laws.

Onboarded as part of the product team that operated Esports Fantasy including coordinating with white-label platform providers, community interactions, prize processing and delivery.

• Provided updated copy for marketing material as part of improving overall quality of the esports Fantasy product.
• Set up proper tracking of user engagement through Google Analytics UTMs and Bit.ly to chart the user journey on our platforms.
• Performed data analysis of the marketing funnel to provide key learnings and performance insights to senior leadership.
• Supported conduct of user engagement for other teams (Analytics and Insights) in creating survey forms and reward mechanics to encourage a higher participation count.
