  • A full P/L responsibilities focusing on developing the Go-To-Market(GTM) strategies with the purpose of growing the NTT Ltd SaaS Cloud Collaboration business
  • Developed and executed a winning GTM strategy and plan, leading a team to win the largest and most comprehensive CX/Cloud Collaboration deals globally with a Total Contract Value of USD15M and developed a SaaS Cloud pipeline growth of 10X
  • Improved talent calibre (internal & external) to achieve expansion goals, attracting and retaining ambitious, growth-oriented individuals whilst onboarding new channel partners with rich business understanding and market knowledge
  • Led & Pivoted the whole Transformation of the NTT Cloud Communication team integration with the larger NTT Ltd team across Asia Pacific
  • This was a massive exercise to integrate the team & the processes into the larger NTT Ltd organization
  • With the full integrated team, the collaboration unit managed a business of US$500M across Asia Pacific.

  • This involves engaging 6 Country CEOs to harmonise and consolidate the Sales & Marketing team
  • Pivoted a new GTM strategy & sales team to achieve the new objectives
  • Continue to achieve Double Digit growth with the reorganization
  • Performed a comprehensive market assessment around headcount, cost reductions & growth or exit market strategies, reducing headcount by 30 people and costs by $3M
  • Exiting countries/cities where we were not profitable and where we do not have significant market share and momentum
  • Developed new strategic technology partnerships with Microsoft; Cisco; Adobe; Kollective; BlueJeans to form a new Product/Solutions eco-systems in Asia Pacific
  • With the new technology eco-system; initiated, propose, recruit and establish a new Professional Service Practice in Asia Pacific

  • Establish Arkadin first footprint in Taiwan through a partnership with the largest, local incumbent Telco, ChungHwa Telecom

  • Led, Developed and grow the strategic partnership with SingTel in Singapore
  • This was the most successful partnerships we had globally where we helped SingTel WorldConference to grew its install base by 3X during the 5 years
  • The partnership was extended to include SingTel global offices from year 2 following the success in Singapore.

  • Completely reshape and reorganize the team and its deliverables to be aligned to business objectives rather than the fan fare marketing programs
  • Complete a revision of the Marketing Strategies pivoting from traditional marketing tactics to deploying a full Digital Marketing platform with new tools to both manage and track all deliverables
  • During this tenure, I also started the first Sales Operations function in Arkadin & introduced an email marketing tool, Eloqua which has been widely adopted today in whole of NTT Ltd.

  • After the acquisition of Genesys Conferencing by InterCall, my team of Marketing & Product Management professionals were integrated into the InterCall team
  • I was tasked to lead the combined team and was a member of the InterCall APAC Leadership Team
  • I lead the integration in the areas of personnel and processes and helped achieve great synergies between the two teams
  • Adapting Best Practices of both teams to help bring the best to the combined entity was appreciated globally
  • During this period, the combined team launched no less than 6 new solutions in the region and helped build a funnel worth US$6.5M.

  • Led and grew the APAC Marketing Team from a team of 4 to 12 people
  • Helped establish 2 new divisions in Genesys Conferencing during this tenure: the APAC Product Team who was responsible for all product launches in APAC and the Technical Account Manager Team who was responsible for providing Pre-Sales support for the more complex UC&C solutions
  • Launch the industry first web audio control platform for audio conferencing which was instrumental in leading Genesys Conferencing to win the very first Frost & Sullivan Conferencing Provider of the Year Award in Australia in 2006.

  • This allows me to learn and gain the knowledge of networking, data center and voice & data traffic transmission which stood me well in this industry till date
  • During this period, I helped the company to recover US$2.7M in over-charging from various Telecom Providers.
