Summary

I just ord recently from Transcom and have an interest in becoming a Station Manager after observing what they did for their daily operations. I have assisted Station Manager a few times as a group leader in Transcom and observed how they handle different people of all nationality daily and how they handle challenging situations such as train breakdown and major events like New year and NDP deployment. During my patrol, I have assisted many people that required help in the MRT station and always felt a sense of satisfaction after doing it. Therefore, i am interested in being a station manager to help with the MRT operations and assist people in the station.
