• Responsibilities… :
• Monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost-effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
• Support Sale team for site technical issue & site show round during tender
• Examine the drawings, access the material requirements, approve and submit the materials requisition accurately so as to facilitate the purchase of appropriate quantities of materials
• Prepare & submit quotation for maintenance after sale service
• Liaise with Main contractor, Architect, Consultant & Client for the project requirements, such as drawing approval, materials selection & approval, PSB Certification, ST submission through BCA
• Coordinate with the client and consultant on all issues pertaining to the drawings, plans, schedules and problems for quick solution of all issues
• Monitor progress against the project plan and keep the client updated on the progress taking quick corrective actions where required
• Research the new materials and suppliers to achieve the project requirements with low cost but maintain better quality
• Negotiate the cost with suppliers
• Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all client specifications.

• Preparing detail drawing and 3D design for molding
