- Coordinate and supervise the maintenance technician teams and make sure facilities are in good operation condition.
- Check the general checklists for any abnormality condition in the morning like Chiller plant room, HV, LV, Sprinkler pump room, Domestic pump room, water tank and Transformer room to make sure that is cool and all in order.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities, setting schedule and assign duties to technicians and overseeing their works.
- Maintain equipment inventories and reorder when necessary. Ensure all equipment is in good working order and stored properly.
- Manage the air conditioning system such as Chiller, AHU and FCU. If found any system failure, immediately check onsite and restart the system follow by operation procedure, then inform to relevant contractors.
- Supervision and check on various contractors working and ensure with permit to work (PTW), Enforce them with safety policies.
- Firefighting service with Hydrants, Hose reel, landing valve and sprinklers installation.
- Choosing pipe sizes and approval materials installation on site
- Pressure test, labeling and site inspection with authority.
- Attending team meeting with building management, feedback and sharing the technical knowledge. Follow up the building defective and submit to the management
